How can I install alerzoshop?

To get started, click here to download the alerzoshop app on the App Store and Google Playstore. To sign up, enter your phone number and then click on “Continue”. A four digit code will be sent to your phone number. Enter the code to sign up successfully.

How do I place orders on alerzoshop?

You can place orders on alerzoshop by using this link shop.alerzo.com. To order through the alerzoshop app, follow the steps below;

Open the alerzoshop app
Select product from the desired category
Enter the quantity of product needed and click “Add”
Next, click on “Proceed to Checkout”
Enter your details and then click “Place Order”

How long will it take for my alerzoshop orders to be delivered?

All orders made before 3:30PM are delivered within 4 hours. Orders placed after 3:30PM on Alerzoshop will be delivered on the next working day.

Is there an extra charge for delivery?

No! We deliver all your products directly to your shop for free.

When can I place orders on alerzoshop?

You can place an order on alerzoshop anytime at your convenience.

How do I make payment?

Payments are made ONLY after delivery of your goods either by cash, bank transfer or digitally through alerzopay.
